Digize is 8 Essential oils that are blended in to one bottle to support digestive and overall wellness.

Here's the essential oils Digize is made up of:

  • Tarragon
  • Ginger
  • Peppermint
  • Juniper
  • Fennel
  • Lemongrass
  • Anise
  • Patchouli

Digize definitely has a very unique scent, and like a lot of people, I wasn't a fan at first sniff.  It's scent is very earthy and spicy, and you know when someone has used it.

I've grown to love this oil and no longer mind it's scent. It's always with me when I travel and I love making roller bottles with it.

What is digize essential oil used for?

One main use is supporting digestive wellness, which makes a lot of sense when we look at the composition of the oil.  It is great for nausea, or general tummy unrest.

It can help relieve anxiety.  While the scent does take some getting used to, it also has a very calming effect.  If you really do not like lavender but are looking to relax, try digize.

It can help to promote a good night sleep.  Try diffusing it before sleep!

It is great for your skin, try adding a few drops to your chosen carrier oil, then apply it to your skin at night.

How to use digize essential oil

Like most oils, there are many ways to use digize essential oil.  It can be used in an essential oil diffuser as aromatherapy.  It can also be diluted with carrier oil and used topically.
