RC Essential Oil - Uses and Benefits
R.C stands for Respiratory care. This blend contains Eucalyptus Globulus, Myrtle, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus Radiata, Eucalyptus Citridora, Lavender, Cypress, Black Spruce, and Pepperment Essential oils.
It is also worth mentioning it contains method which is great for when you are stuffy to help clear things up.
These oils can help support respiratory wellness and feel amazing when diffused or applied topically when you have a cold or cough.
The woodsy and herby oils help balance out the 3 Eucalyptus oils used and create a power-packed and energizing scent. It makes a great pick me up oil to diffuse in the a.m. or after a workout.
R.C. came in my starter kit (which has been replaced by Raven in the new kits) and it was an easy oil to love. I make sure to keep a bottle in my collection at all times.
