Stress Away is a blend of Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, and Lavender Essential oils.

Currently you get a 5ml bottle of this whenever you order a diffuser premium starter kit.   It is one of my most used oils from the starter kit and I love attaching a roller filament to it (turning it into a roller bottle) so I can apply it with ease whenever I need it.

It’s also one of Mr. Everything’s favorite oils. He keeps his own bottle of it on his night stand and sometimes takes it to work with him.

It’s smell is exotic but familiar and I haven’t yet found a person that doesn’t like it. It’s soothing and warm, and comforting, without making me sleepy. It’s definitely in my top 10 oils to have.

3 Reasons why you should use Stress Away Essential oil

  1. It promotes relaxation and takes stress away (pun intended and kind of unavoidable). Try add a few drops to Epson salts for a relaxing bath.
  2. It can help boost your mood, try diffusing it to lift your spirits.
  3. It can be used as a perfume. Become a human diffuser and spread the benefits of Stress away to others as well as yourself.

*caution* due to the use of lime oil, stress away may cause sun sensitivity when used on the skin. Take precaution to not expose treated skin to direct sunlight within 12 hours of  application (wear sunscreen, cover area with clothing, apply 12 hours before direct sunlight exposure etc).
