- 2 oz Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 6 cups Watermelon (Cubed)
- 2 Sprigs Peppermint (finely chopped)
- In a small pan toast pumpkin seeds over medium high heat until beginning to turn brown. Set aside to cool.
- While pumpkin seeds are cooling, prep all the other ingredients.
Once cool add in pumpkin seed and other ingredient together and gently toss to combine.
