Rosemary Essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis) reminds me of two things.
If its subtle I think of Italian food, and if it’s strong I think of my grandmother and her obsession with Vic’s vapor rub. Either way it’s a good smell.
I love using the Vitality Rosemary oil in the kitchen, flavoring things that I don’t want dried herbs in (like pizza sauce). Why the Vitality line? Because its the only Essential oil line on the market with FDA approved labling for consumption.
I love diffusing it with Pine and Vetiver Essential oils for a woodsy aroma to relax too. I also apply it diluted to my feet when I’m not feeling well for added immune system support.
