2 Ripe Avocados
2 Green onions (Diced)
2 TBS Mayo (Make your own or use Paleo approved Mayo)
1/2 of a Lime
1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
Cut open the avocados and scoop out the goods with a spoon and place into a bowl.
Mash the Avocado flesh with a fork or masher. Add the green onions, mayo, and salt. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the top and mix until combined.
Top on all your recipes, or enjoy as a dip. This will last a day or two in the fridge before it turns brown.
