Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Room Temperature )
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature )
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar


  1. In a stand mixer combine the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and salt, until creamy and smooth.
  2. Turn the mixer to low and slowly add in the powdered sugar a bit at a time until fully incorporated.
  3. Use immediately or store in the fridge until ready to use. If refrigerated, allow to come to room temperature before using.
