Gluten Free Dutch baby aka German pancake

  • 6 Eggs (Room temp)
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Pinch Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 425F
  2. Place butter in large cast iron skillet or baking pan and place in the warming oven to melt.
  3. Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  4. Once butter has melted, pour the batter directly into skillet or baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until fluffy and golden brown.
  6. Cut into wedges and server with desired toppings.
