Gluten Free Dutch baby aka German pancake

- 6 Eggs (Room temp)
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 gluten free flour
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Preheat the oven to 425F
- Place butter in large cast iron skillet or baking pan and place in the warming oven to melt.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
- Once butter has melted, pour the batter directly into skillet or baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes until fluffy and golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and server with desired toppings.
