Fall Diffuser Blends - Perfect for capturing the season

October 16, 2019 by A Stray Kitchen Leave a Comment

It's finally here and time for Fall Diffuser blends.

This is my favorite time of year. I love the bi-polar weather, will it be sunny? Will it be rainy? Both at the same time? Okay!

I love all the colors, the grass getting green again after the hot summer and all the leaves falling in their array of colors.

I love the shift towards comfort foods and the surge of crockpot use. And the smells! Oh, I love the smells that are associated with fall.

Cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove dominate in the cozy department (pumpkin spice anyone?), but they are not the only game in town if you're wanting to get in touch with the seasons and make your house smell amazing.

Orange is one of my favorite essential oils and it pairs well with other oils to create a cozy and seasonal environment that's up lifting and mood boosting.

Essential oils like Cedarwood, Northern Lights Black Spruce and Vetiver, are all grounding and calming oils. They can help balance out all the spices of the season and make the environment cozy and comforting.

These blends keep me going all throughout fall and until I'm ready for winter blends. Give them all a try and add your favorite Fall diffuser blends to your go-to list for diffusing.
