Mustard Maple Potatoes

Tangy and sweet oven roasted potatoes with mustard, dill, and maple syrup will be your new favorite recipe for potatoes.


  • 1 Large Russet Potato
  • 1 Medium Sweet Potato
  • 2 TBS Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBS Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tap Pepper
  • 2 TBS Olive oil


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F
  2. Wash and cube the potato and sweet potato.
  3. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients, then add the cubed potatoes and mix well to coat.
  4. Layout a large baking tray and spread the seasoned potatoes onto it.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes. Tossing the potatoes with a spatula after the first 25 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
