A hand using a chip to scoop up some guacamole


  • 3 Large Avocados
  • 3 Large Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 Small Onion
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper


  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the insides with a spoon and place the goods in a bowl.
  2. Using a potato masher, mash the avocado until you get your desired consistency (I like mostly smooth). Set aside.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves or use a handy-dandy garlic crusher to get it nice and small. Chop the onion and green onion into desired size pieces.   Place the onions and garlic in the bowl with the avocado.
  4. Squeeze the lime over everything, making sure not to drop any seeds, and season with Salt and Pepper. Stir till everything is combined and enjoy.
