Cranberry Sauce
Tangy and sweet, this cranberry sauce is infused with citrus fruits to explode with flavor and make your mouth water.

- 12 oz Bag Cranberries (Rinsed)
- 2 Large Grapefruits - Jucied (Approx 3/4 cup)
- 2 Mandarin oranges- Jucied
- 1 Can Mandarin oranges (Drained)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pot and heat over Med-high heat.
- Stir occasionally and allow to bubble down. The berries will pop open and the sauce will thicken. This take about 30 minutes.
- Allow sauce to cool slightly before serving.
- Refrigerate any unused sauce, it should keep for a week in the fridge.
