Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce with grapefruit, orange, raw cranberries and cinnamon

Tangy and sweet, this cranberry sauce is infused with citrus fruits to explode with flavor and make your mouth water.


Units Scale
  • 12 oz Bag Cranberries (Rinsed)
  • 2 Large Grapefruits - Jucied (Approx 3/4 cup)
  • 2 Mandarin oranges- Jucied
  • 1 Can Mandarin oranges (Drained)
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pot and heat over Med-high heat.
  2. Stir occasionally and allow to bubble down. The berries will pop open and the sauce will thicken. This take about 30 minutes.
  3. Allow sauce to cool slightly before serving. 
  4. Refrigerate any unused sauce, it should keep for a week in the fridge.
